today I've learned a lesson
so, here it is
my new checklist in order to make sure that I'll not doing the same mistakes again
1) understand the type of diseases that might appear in some patients and know how to cope with it!
2) read your lecture notes before enter the clinic!
3) don't just remember all the facts but try to apply it to your patients!
4) You are dealing with a real patient that always comes with a lot of problems and they are expecting you to solve their problems! there are no such things as 'healthy eyes'~~ remember that!
